Kerala Property Tax Online Quick Payment

Kerala property tax of corporation, municipality, panchayat can pay online. Kerala government using the E-payment software SANCHAYA for online tax payment of the property. The property tax includes houses, buildings, and other tax-related properties. This facility will help to pay the taxes online without going to the respective office. Also, save the property tax bills digitally in mobile or other storage capable devices.

Anyone can pay the bills with the help of ward number, Door number/Sub No. See the below instructions to successfully pay the pending property taxes.

How to Pay Kerala Property Tax Online?

Before going to online tax payment, must collect the details of the ward & door number and sub number (not applicable to all owners - please check-in previous payment receipt or registration certificate). Also remember the respective local body like Grama Panchayat, Corporation, Municipality. Let's start.

Step 1: Go to the Property tax (Quick Pay) Payment page - Click here.

Note- Also pay the taxes after the web portal registration. This will help to track all transaction, add buildings, etc. - Registered users link

Step 2: Now select your local body and ward year. Then type ward number, door number, and sub number (if available). Click the Search button to view your property and click the 'Select' button. The registered users enroll in a building and continue the below payment step.

Step 3: Click the 'Continue' button.

Step 4: Type email ID, mobile number, and automatically generated characters. Now click the "Pay Now" button to visit the payment page.

Step 5: Choose any of the suitable payment methods. Then complete the bank payment process.

Step 6: Download the payment receipt for future reference. 

If unable to view or missed the property tax receipt download window, follow the below link to visit the quick pay transaction history page. Enter your email ID and Mobile number. Then click the Search button. If the previous transaction shows, click the download button to download your tax payment internet receipt. Link - Click here
